Wonderful facial at lush!

Hi Lushies,

Today, my sister came all the way from France to visit me, and our first stop was, of course, LUSH in Preston! We were suppose to go to the Rock Chic event, sadly it was moved to another day! But the good news is that the lovely Fiona from Lush Preston offered us to still have a facial this afternoon!


So we went to have a Facial, and Lushies, if you have yet to try it, let me tell you, it is an amazing experience! You get an amazing face massage, by lovely lush staff, using great lush products! A lush heaven! You start with a cleansing massage with ultrabland, then, it is cleaned from your face with one of the tonic water, we had Breath of Fresh air! This is followed by a massage using full of grace, a very nice and moisturizing face lotion! The excess is cleaned with Eau Roma water, and your facial is finished by the moisturizer that best suits your skin!

To sum up, it was a wonderful moment, thank you again to the Lush Preston Staff! It was awesome!

A great Routine

In this article I want to tall you all about my evening routine, for a really nice skin, and to relax before bed time!

So imagine, after a long day, your skin has suffered from the pollution outside, the make up you've put on, the cold when it's winter, and so on! Plus, you might even have a problem skin! First step of your routine before you go to bed: clean your face! And for that ultrabland cleanser is great!!

Ultrabland is a cleanser for all skin types! So for my combined skin, it's perfect! Don't be afraid by this greasy, oily texture! The base is made of beeswax and almond oil, and what it does is that it "captures" the dirt, and it is really easy to remove. In addition, it is not heavy at all, it is a nice feeling when you massage it on your skin! It also has rose water and rose absolute to balance your skin!!
Personally I love, I use just a little bit every night! It is a great make up remover! Just massage it on your face, and remove it with a damp cotton pad! I usually use a tonic water to wet the cotton pad!

Eau Roma
Eau Roma is really nice for oily or combined skin, the lavender it contains really balances the sebum production! I love to use it after ultrabland for 2 reasons! First it smells really good: lavender and rose are 2 of my favorite flowers as far as smell is concerned!! And also because it is really refreshing on the skin, and after ultrabland, if you use Eau Roma, not only will you feel clean, but you will also feel fresh and you will smell great!

Finally, I finish my routine by using my moisturizer! I use imperialis, but you can use any moisturizer, as long as it suits your skin!

Flying fox

Hello Lushies!

I went to Lush today! It was urgent as I was running out of ultrabland and imperialis!!! Not good, especially in this freezing weather!! And I also got a few samples of products for oily hair, so I will tell you all about it as soon as I try them. I also got some snake oil scalp treatment! I will tell you all about it too as soon as possible!!

But today, I want to write about this great shower gel!! Flying Fox!

Why do I love it? It is a smell of Asia in the shower! Smells of Jasmine, Ylang Ylang and its full of lovely honey!
It is a rather liquid shower gel, but makes your skin feel really clean, the honey makes your skin feel really nice and soft, and the lovely smell stays on you for a few hours after your shower!
Lush also says it is full of aphrodisiac essential oils! I am going to have to use it when I'll be with my boyfriend then!

This is one of my favourite perfume for the shower gel! It's great!

Dark angels

Hi lushies!

Today, I want to present another great scrub for oily skins!

Ocean salt is great, but it might be a bit harsh on your skin, rub rub rub is just not exactly what you need? Well then, you can try dark angels!

It is great for oily skin, although it might not be very appealing! Yes it contains mud and charcoal, which gives it it's deep black colour! But it is good for your skin! Then you have the black sugar to give your skin a good scrub, and I found it is a bit softer than salt!

It smells of sandalwood and rosewood, which I find is quite nice, plus these ingredients are antiseptics!

When you use it, just put a small amount in your hand, but water on it, and mix so that you have a nice paste! Then scrub your face, and rinse! Don't worry, if the water is all black it's normal! Do remember to rinse the sink afterwards though!

It will leave your skin soft, moisturize, smooth! Just apply your moisturizer after wards, and then you're all ready to either go out or go to bed!

Hi lushies!

Finally got my 25:43 perfume!!! It is sooooo great!  Trying it on my wrist made me fall in love with the scent: hot bright summer day first with all this lemongrass smell, and then a warm summer evening cuddling with your loved one.and watching the sun set  vanilla smell. I know it is more images, but that is what it makes me think of!!
Now, I have it, I actually love it more! You know how when you put a nice perfume on, and after a while, you can't smell it anymore? Well, with 25:43 it is not like that! You will smell it all day long and I personally love this!!!
